Prime Energy is a member of the Electricity and Gas Complaints Commissioner Scheme and operates a free internal complaints process. To register a complaint or dispute please contact Prime Energy (in the first instance). We are committed to the provision of the best possible service and treat all complaints and disputes seriously.
In the event you are unhappy with our resolution process you may refer your complaint/dispute to Utilities Disputes. They provide a free independent dispute resolution service and can be contacted on 0800 22 33 40 or on their website.
